This page explains where the limits of the website lie. The site is run by Drive Easy Car Rentals, H. 1. Information on This Website
We write every page ourselves and check it before it goes up. Goa still changes faster than a website does. Rates move with the season, roads close for repairs, beach shacks shut for the monsoon and rules get updated, sometimes at short notice. So please read what is here as honest guidance, written in good faith, which may not hold on the exact day you read it. We may change or remove content at any time. If you notice something out of date, a WhatsApp message is enough and we will fix it.
2. The Published Starting Rates and Offers
The prices on this website are starting rates per day for each category of car, with self drive cars starting from ₹999 per day. Each one is a starting point for its category, not the rate for every car or every date. The exact rate for your car and your dates, and the refundable deposit, are confirmed on the call and repeated in the WhatsApp message that follows. Please do not rely on any figure that is not on this website.
Offers, such as the Flat 20% OFF on call bookings, can change or end without notice. An offer that is already part of a confirmed booking is always honoured.
3. Our Cars and Their Photos
The car photos on this site are of our own cars, taken in Goa.
Our fleet is 25 cars and we keep more than one of most models, so the one that reaches you may be a different colour or model year from the photo. If something matters to you, an automatic gearbox for example, or a proper third row for the grandparents, please say so on the call and we will confirm it for your car. Every car is subject to availability, and section 3 of our terms and conditions explains what happens if the car meant for you is off the road.
4. Travel Guides, Distances and Drive Times
Our blog and location pages give approximate distances, drive times, opening hours and festival dates. We check them when we write them. They still shift with traffic, the monsoon, road works and the season, so please confirm timings with the place itself before you set out, and keep extra time in hand when you have a flight or a train to catch.
Where a page sums up road rules, documents or insurance, it is a plain summary to help you plan, not legal or insurance advice. The Motor Vehicles Act and the insurer's own policy are what apply.
5. Customer Reviews
The reviews on this site come from our Google Business listing and appear exactly as their authors wrote them. Each one describes that customer's own rental. Our rating on Google may also have moved since this page was last updated.
6. Links to Other Websites and Apps
We link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, our Google reviews and a few other outside pages for your convenience. We do not run those services, so we are not responsible for what they show or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. When the Website Is Not Working
Sometimes the site will be slow or down, for maintenance or because of a hosting or network problem. The booking form only sends us a request and no payment is ever taken here, so nothing is lost. If the form does not go through, or you do not hear back soon after sending it, please call or WhatsApp us on 70289 55080.
8. Our Responsibility
What we are responsible for during a rental, and the limits on it, are set out in sections 11 and 12 of our terms and conditions.
Beyond that, we cannot be held liable for a loss that comes only from relying on general information here, such as a drive time or an opening hour that turned out different on the day. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Content on This Website
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Drive Easy Car Rentals. The reviews belong to the people who wrote them. Please ask us in writing before you reuse any of it for another business.
