Car Rental at Vasco da Gama Railway Station

Vasco da Gama Railway Station is the end of the line: a terminus in the port town of Vasco, right next to Dabolim airport, where trains arrive after passing through Madgaon. People get off here when their hotel is on the airport side of South Goa, at Bogmalo or along the Majorda, Utorda and Betalbatim resort belt, or when they are travelling on to a flight and want the car for the last day or two. It is a working town station rather than a tourist one, with taxis that serve the port as much as the beach, which is why a car waiting outside saves the haggle.

Where Do We Meet You at Vasco Station?

Our team waits outside the station building with the car and calls you as the train pulls in. As a terminus, everyone leaves by the same end of the platform, so finding each other is quick. We do a short walk round the car together, photograph the fuel gauge and any marks, check your licence and photo ID, and hand over the keys. The refundable deposit is agreed on the confirmation call, so there is nothing to work out at the station.

Train In, Flight Out?

Vasco station and Dabolim airport are neighbours, which makes Vasco a natural end to a trip: drop your bags at the hotel, keep the car for the last days in South Goa, and we collect it at Dabolim departures before your flight. The reverse works too: land at Dabolim, use the car, and hand it back at Vasco station before a train home. Tell us both ends when you book; collection and drop are free anywhere in Goa.

What If the Train Is Running Late?

We follow the running status of your train and move the handover to match, and the help line runs 24 x 7 for arrivals after midnight. In the monsoon, roughly June to September, trains into Goa run slower and delays grow; a delay changes nothing for you except the time we meet.

• Economy Hatchback (Swift, Baleno, i20): a couple at Bogmalo or a Majorda resort, easy to park in Vasco and at the beach.
• Compact SUV (Creta, Venue): four people with bags and day trips south to Cabo de Rama and Palolem.
• 7 Seater (Ertiga, Carens, Innova Crysta, Innova Hycross, Alcazar): families with suitcases heading for the resort belt; the Innova takes them all.
• Thar: friends on the coast roads of the south. Four seats, or five in the Roxx, so count the bags.
• Luxury and Convertible: wedding guests for a Cavelossim or Varca resort; if you need a driver, ask us when you book.

Arriving in the 2026 to 2027 Season?

Trains into Goa run full from roughly November 2026 to February 2027, and South Goa resort weddings fill the December weekends.
