Your driving licence (the card, or the DigiLocker or mParivahan copy on your phone), one government photo ID and the booking confirmation. Visitors on a foreign licence should carry a passport and an International Driving Permit.
What is the minimum age and licence requirement?
The driver must be 21 or older and hold a valid, full driving licence. Show the card, or the DigiLocker or mParivahan copy, at handover. A photo of the card is not accepted.
How does the fuel policy work?
Fuel is extra. The car comes with a set fuel level and you return it at the same level; the level is noted on the agreement.
Is there a security deposit? When is it refunded?
Yes. The amount depends on the car and is confirmed on the call. After the car is checked in, the refund is returned within 24 to 48 hours by UPI or bank transfer.
Can I pick up the car at the airport and drop it at my hotel?
Yes. Pick up at the airport and drop at your hotel, or the other way round, anywhere in Goa, free of charge.
How early should I book for the 2026 to 2027 peak season?
